When is the Right Time to Call for Help?

“It’s not working!”

“This doesn’t make any sense”

“Why does this have to be so complicated..”

How often have you said this out loud as you worked on your computer or phone?

I have spent my life teaching technology and I have found that the majority of people call me only when they are frustrated and have had enough.

When I teach people they are very appreciative of all the short cuts they learn that they know the right ways to do things.  

At some point in the training they usually say, “I wish I would have known this a year ago. It could have saved me so much time.”
